Every authentic, well-researched register of human fears lists this phobia right up there among our top terrors.
The terror doesn’t apply to public speaking only. It affects millions who have to, or would like to act, play or perform but find the anticipation so stressful that it diminishes or even stymies their ability to function.

Like millions before you, you can learn how to speak with ease. You just need the right coach, correct techniques and a good attitude.
2. You need skill, talent and courage No, you just need to give the audience a little value. Believe it or not, they don’t want perfection. They just want to take away something interesting, a fact they didn’t know, or a new angle on something they did.
3. You won’t be able to say everything you need The best speeches say very little. But they say it in strong, clear, plain language. Too many speakers, especially those starting out, try to cram too much into their performance. Two or three main points are all you need.
