My name is Mary Daroy, and I’ve been helping and coaching people with low-self esteem over many years. And I intend to show YOU how to do it as well.
I started out on my own personal journey years ago when I worked in book keeping and accounts, but realised I didn’t like it too much.
It was around this time a friend leant me a book on assertiveness for women… and a light bulb went on. It all made so much sense. I realised my calling was in helping other people, so I went to events and seminars and read more books on self-belief and confidence.
I then obtained a degree in Dietetics and went into Complimentary Therapy and Chinese medicine for many years.
This work brought me into contact with hundreds of clients and taught me how to observe people and find out what made them tick.
