One day, while at the local library I came across an unusual book on the life of Düsum Khyenpa, who was a master-level practitioner of Tibetan lucid dream yoga. Since reading kept my mind off the negative things in my life, I read it from cover to cover. What I found particularly fascinating were the chapters on lucid dreaming. This type of dreaming enables one to have complete control over his dreams – with no distinction between real life and dreams.
Upon further research I found out various methods on how to have lucid dreams. However, whenever I tried them, they didn’t work out. It was always the same story: I would attempt the techniques perfectly to the letter but never managed to successfully control my dreams – not even once! After I had almost given up on my quest to dream lucidly, I thought of an idea that was simple yet looked promising. I tried it that same evening and to my amusement, IT WORKED PERFECTLY!
Because my idea was so easy to perform, I called it ?Lucid Dreaming Made Easy?? With Lucid Dreaming Made Easy? I was able to create any situations I wanted and experience perfectly vivid dreams – just like in the movie "Inception". From that moment on, my lucid dreams became a fantasy for me, I was able to do anything I wanted – in a perfect world created by myself.
