It’s no secret that most golfers who go to a swing coach, invest in swing improvement products or read the popular golf magazines do so in a quest to hit the ball further and lower their scores. But did you realize that 96% of golfers fail to actually make any significant, lasting progress on either of these goals?


There are 3 critical mistakes that almost assure you of failure when it comes to actually driving the ball further, improving your scores and playing great, pain free golf. Very few golfers know this – that’s why they struggle when it comes to achieving any sort of meaningful improvement. So what are those mistakes?


I’ve worked with thousands of golfers to help them improve their performance and only in hindsight do they realize that ‘Joe Golf Pro’ who was spending 3 hours a week asking them to change their swing didn’t have any understanding of the real reason that they were struggling.


If you want to hit the ball a mile off the tee and play consistently, you have to you’re your body functioning at an optimal level and no amount of swing work can mask a lack of mobility, flexibility and power.

The absolute worst part about this is that the golfers taking this approach are putting in the time and the effort but they have nothing to show for it.
