I wasn’t always a runner, fitness entrepreneur, a fat loss expert or a running coach. I was just someone who wanted to change his lifestyle into a more healthier one. And that’s how the journey started.


I remember setting a goal to run my 1st 5k race. I was pretty scared and embarrassed that a young guy like myself couldn’t even run a mile without stopping. I wanted to drop a few pounds, get some abs and set a goal for myself to achieve. So I started looking up everything I could, reading books and learning as much as possible about running, healthy eating etc.


I felt so happy and very good about accomplishing this goal I set for myself, that I once thought was just CRAZY at the time. From there on, I found myself helping friends train for their own races and teaching them what I have learned.
